case by only including <linux/pci.h>.  Breaks with the headers I was
using, so don't bother rebuilding just yet.  I'll take a look at
what is going on later.

 In general, I'm trying not to install anything extra in chroot
(less overhead in clearing out the rubbish - all I want to do is
test the "headers du jour" against applications).
