Use the GCC-Testresults mailing list - that's what we used to do in
the old days :)

I'll volunteer, since I don't do a whole lot on development, I can at
least take care to make sure the branch stays current with what we
know is stable.

I'll run tests on Sparc, Sparc64-64, old-world PPC, and amd64.  I
can't really test mipsel right now due to a lack of a machine to work
with.
