The updates are listed there, so maybe you were looking in the arch-specific one which is different.
Okay, now I'm confused. I'm certain that I looked in the master changelog - particularly since the arch-specific one has basically nothing in it. However, the info on which packages were changed are now there. Perhaps I misread previously, but I could have sworn that the changes weren't there. In any case, they're there now at least. Thanks to Jim for putting them there. On a related note, udev appears to have been updated to 102, but the lib64 patch for x86_64 multilib doesn't appear to have been put online yet.
