that the last update for the vim fixes patch that appears in the change log is
vim fixes patch 14. The current patch used in the document is 21. This is not
an issue for someone picking the guide up for the first time, but anyone
watching the changelog, may miss the changes in the book.

The vim patch changes weekly, there was a decision not to update the
changelog for this since it happens weekly.
