[Clfs-dev] problem during make install of eglibc in sysroot guide

Hi, during make install of eglibc, the system try to access to host /lib and 
/usr/bin instead of target.
A member on irc channel cross-lfs suggest to use:
make INSTALL_ROOT=${CLFS} install

instead of:
make install

The guide I used is:

Cross-Compiled Linux From Scratch - Sysroot - Version SVN-0.0.1-20090726-ARM
