I attempted to add an attachment to a Trac ticket (ticket number 742) and got an error. Not sure what it means. Maybe I added the file incorrectly? See below for error info. Thanks, Andrew

It is recommended that you inform your local Trac administrator and give him all the information he needs to reproduce the issue.
