So we put check into /tools, and when KBD needs it, it can use pkg-config
to find the check.pc in /tools/lib/pkgconfig and set PKG_CONFIG_PATH or we
can set CHECK_CFLAGS and CHECK_LIBS for check in /tools, otherwise we have
issues.
Also, is there any reason of enabling libkeymap? I noticed that option in
configure.

Do PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/tools/lib/pkgconfig ./configure --prefix=/usr , it's
cleaner IMHO
I didn't enable libkeymap, couldn't find anything to say why or what the
benefits are
