The README file needs fixed/looked at as it states the following for
example:
make BASEDIR=/path/to/output/location pdf
BASEDIR doesn't work (for me) every thing gets rendered into a
directory called render/<type as in pdf or nochunks > with BASEDIR
ignored.
I did get the books rendered that I needed.

BASEDIR probably came from when the BOOK was part of LFS.
It's been RENDERDIR for a while.
I'll look into it.
