Perhaps this is totally normal, but whenever I give any "vga=" boot options to GRUB, all I get is a black screen when CLFS boots. I haven't found any values for "vga=" that make it happy. The default font size is atrociously large.
Could anyone tell me a boot option that will actually give me good resolution? Or if there's something that I likely messed up and should reinstall that would be nice to know. Or if there is a package that I need to install in order to make higher resolutions possible, that would be good to know too. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. - Jonathan Davis P.S.
