Hi,

I think I may have sorted out the problem I was having with the LC_ALL
issue. Can someone tell me if the solution to the problem I reported
earlier is to disable NLS using the --disable-nls configuration option?
Will this affect other packages that need to be built at later stages of the
CLFS guide?

Btw, I did not mention this earlier, but I am referencing the
SVN-20070913-x86, and the issue occured within section 7.7.1. This is how I
am configuring util-linux-ng:

CC="i586-pc-linux-gnu-gcc" ./configure --prefix=/tools \
   --build=i686-cross-linux-gnu --host=i586-pc-linux-gnu \
   --disable-nls

Another small thing... I believe there is a typo in the configuration
options in that same section. The ${BUILD32} variable is probably a
carry-over from the x86-64 document??
