Dear All, I am not sure the following question should send which mail list, so I send to both. Sorry for interrupting.
Recently, I am using clfs to build a linux os from scratch. I configure binutils using the following command: ../binutils-2.21.1/configure --prefix=/cross-tools --target=i686-none-linux-gnu --with-sysroot=/sysroot --disable-nls --enable-shared --disable-multilib After building binutils, I make install the binutils. But what is confusing me is that under the cross-tools directory, there are both i686-none-linux-gnu and i686-pc-linux-gnu. According the general cross-compile toolchain, there are should only i686-none-linux-gnu. So what's the matter ? Thanks in advance. Thx & Rgds, Jacky
