I don't know anything about building CLFS with gcc 4.8.0. I started
with gcc 4.7 and decided to work on the task after releasing CLFS 2.0.0.
There are a a lot of changes that need to be done upgrading to latest
eglibc and gcc versions. Especially with multilib books.
What is the output of: readelf -e /tools/bin/env | grep interpreter ?
