[cli-users] bin folder for mod_aspdotnet?

Where does one put .dll files for use by Apache mod_aspdotnet so that a 
code behind page with a

using CustomNameSpace;
statement can find and use the 
CustomNameSpace.dll assembly file 
which contains the classes in the CustomNameSpace namespace.
