Heads up that I'm going to go ahead and migrate the Click JIRA into the main JIRA.
This is the first migration of a JIRA into another that we've done. Things have looked good in test and it should be pretty unimpacting. Mail me, or hop on IRC irc.freenode.net #asfinfra if you've concerns/questions. I'll let you know if it worked/failed. Hen
