Horizontal TabMenu Control

Please add a Horizontal TabMenu Control.
The actual Menu control, while it looks nice in click-examples, it has it's
problems when users try to use it in their own applications:
- it can't a selected item
- it's drop down (practical for sites, but webapps require tabs)
- it's hard to customize (at least for me :( )
- (there are quite a few issue requests open related to the Menu control).
In many webapplications, the requirement is to have horizontal tab menu. Some
example of nice tab menus:
