I've also been thinking of solving the resource issue at build time instead of
runtime. For example we can ship a command line/Ant task that can be integrated
into the application build to copy the resources to the webapp src structure.
It is useful to have access to Click's resources in order to tweak the look and
feel or menu rendering. ClickIDE could be enhanced with a menu item to copy the
resources.
