Ah, thanks for the info.
I've added extras-control.js in the header of my template, the form gets
submitted now but still the callback "onSubmit" does not get called:

SubmitLink submit = new SubmitLink("submit", "Submit", this, "onSubmit");

Maybe callbacks are not supported yet?
