sec() and set_sec(). _sec and _subsec need to become private for newer kernel support. The internal representation of sk_buff timestamps have changed in later Linuxes. Now those timestamps might be raw numbers of nanoseconds, not sec/nsec pairs. So _sec and _subsec might not even EXIST.
