I very briefly looked at doing this a few years ago (early to mid 2005 I think), but never got beyond an initial investigation. Many of the gyrations involved in getting nsclick to work had to do with the lack of a clean way to plug external routing modules into ns-2. If I recall correctly, OPNET at least had some well-defined interfaces for plugging into its network stack at various points. I haven't heard about anyone else working on integrating Click and OPNET.
