yes, I use the atheros 11n sdk, and port it to our madwifi. the HAL_TXDESC_NOACK flags, I have use it send the multicast packets.
but the not multicast packets, have i_addr packets can't get return ACK. I use Omnipeek get the packets. not find any problem. I don't know if the sdk HAL in monitor mode can't answer ACk.
