Hi Eddie

I am very sorry Maybe I do not describe my problem clearly.
This is the "EtherSpanTree" Element description:

EtherSpanTree(ADDR, INPUT_SUPPRESSOR, OUTPUT_SUPPRESSOR, SWITCH)

and in this example:

span_tree :: EtherSpanTree(00-1f-29-4d-f8-31, in_supp, out_supp, switch);

"00-1f-29-4d-f8-31" is the mac address of the switch. If I want to use
"EtherSpanTree" Element, do I just need to choose one of the 8 mac addresses of
8-ports switch as the parameter "ADDR"? Thanks

Best Regards

-Jing

I don't know what you mean. An 8-port switch generally has 8 mac addresses,
yes.
