I think it would depend on the development chain that you use.  Some tool
chains use glibc and others use ulibc.  It would be interesting to try
Click on the Android as it has bionic (libc under FreeBSD license).

As far as I can imagine, the only part of busybox that Click would need
would be insmod (provided you want to run in kernel mode)
