Hi, when trying to compile CLICK linux modules under the VCORE-4.4 VM
environment, I get the following message:

Not sure why there's a missing header problem. Any help would be greatly
appreciated. Note that when compiling from the main directory "click-2.0.1",
there are no errors, but the click-install command does not work.
