That's not how it works.

When the PR is marked as ready, you will issue the `/integrate` command. If you 
notice in the Description, it already has sufficient reviewers. The only thing 
preventing it from being marked as ready is that there is a whitespace problem 
that is causing `jcheck` to fail.

Once you fix that, you can push a new commit to your source branch in your 
personal fork and Skara will reevaluate.

Also, you are 513 commits behind the upstream master, so you might want to 
merge in the latest master so you are up to date.
