Both JDK-8342869 and JDK-8342870 [1][2] which correspond to the PRs have
subcomponent set to javax.accessibility, which is correct.
Do you mean that these bugs need to be assigned to someone from
clientlibs? In Oracle?
Do you mean Julian needs to submit new bugs and leave them unassigned?
What could help is adding a log of the build, an excerpt thereof, which
lists all the errors found.
Should this problem be discussed on client-libs-dev mailing list instead?

I'm not sure where this suggestion is referring to, though. Is it just
referring to the JBS under AWT and A11Y subcomponents? Or is there a
separate place for AWT and A11Y bugs and issues that I'm not aware of?
I'm a little perplexed on where to go to draw attention from the
relevant AWT or A11Y Reviewers to see what to do next in any case.
Where should I go to have the problem areas in the Pull Requests
looked at, as per the instructions given to me?
