It is already available in https://github.com/openjdk/jdk/blob/master/test/lib/jdk/test/lib/Platform.java#L474-L481 But it is mostly used to tune the test to make an additional action/skip the test due to some system limitation. And it can't be linked to an issue(maybe by adding some comment though). Problem list is a single file to look for all the failing tests linked to JBS issue (so you don't have to look through all tests to find tests that fail on Wayland).
