This test validates the functionality of SoundClip, which stated in the spec:
* if the implementation does not find a suitable output device for the
data,
* playing the clip will be a no-op.
So if it hangs then it is a product bug.
If there is a known bug (even external), it should be reported in jbs, and the
test should be added to the problem list with correct bugid until the bug is
fixed.
