Factor Consulting + Management advises private and public sector clients in
energy and climate change issues, with a focus on emissions trading and the
Kyoto Mechanisms. We are seeking two experienced professionals to strengthen
our growing JI/CDM practice:


1) JI/CDM METHODOLOGY AND POLICY SPECIALIST - Job description:

* Authoring PDDs, baseline methodologies, monitoring plans
* Advising project developers on strategies for participation in the JI/CDM
market
* Providing capacity building in host countries


2) JI/CDM MARKET SPECIALIST - Job description:

* Sourcing high-quality JI/CDM projects
* Enabling and supporting JI/CDM market transactions
* Undertaking carbon market analyses


QUALIFICATIONS:

The successful applicants will have the following profile:

* At least 5 years of practical work experience in one of the two domains
described above
* University degree (masters or equiv.), with solid background in science,
engineering or economics
* Self-motivation and excellent organizational skills
* Track record in working in cross-cultural settings
* Proficiency in German and English plus at least one additional language
