ISO Standards Panel: 

 

The government of Canada through TEAM (Climate Change Technology Early Action Measures) hosts a panel with 6 presenters Thursday December 8, 2005 (9:30 am - 12:30 am) in "Salle des Pins" Complexe Guy-Favreau for CoP 11 Montreal, Quebec. 

 

This event will present tools and methodologies for quantifying, reporting, validating and verifying the GHG mitigation potential for projects according to ISO 14064 standard ... the Canadian experience.

The government of Canada through TEAM (Climate Change Technology Early Action Measures) hosts a half day event Wednesday, December 7, 2005 (1:30 pm - 5:00 pm).  

Maximum of forty (40) participants per bus will have the choice of visiting one of two greenhouse gas reduction project sites:

-          Envirogain (manure treatment)

-          Loblaws (innovative refrigeration system).

 

Both sites are located 45 minutes away from Complexe Guy-Favreau. Transportation to the sites will be in biodiesel run buses. Buses will be waiting at the Northwest corner of St-Urbain and René-Lévesque(turn right out of the front door of Complex Guy-Favreau and walk 15 feet) at 1:30 pm.
