The International Institute for
Sustainable Development (IISD) is pleased to announce that, in cooperation with
the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Energy and Environment Group, we
will publish daily issues of ENB on the Side
from the upcoming fourteenth session of the UN Commission on
Sustainable Development (CSD-14), which will meet at UN Headquarters in New
York from 1-12 May 2006. As the first year of the second implementation cycle,
CSD-14 will review progress in the following areas: Energy for Sustainable
Development; Industrial Development; Air pollution/ Atmosphere; and Climate
Change. ENB on the Side will report on
selected side events and special events to be held during CSD-14. If your
organization is planning an event during this meeting, please contact me at [EMAIL PROTECTED] Daily issues of both the Earth Negotiations Bulletin and ENB on the
Side during CSD-14 will be available by email distribution and on
