Hi All,

In an HDD reformat a couple of weeks ago I lost all the Steve's Clock stuff I ever had due to bad backing up, and I've sworn to myself never to make the same mistake again. However it's very hard to prove this as I don't have anything to test it with (all I have is what's on the main website).

If anyone has anything I put out last year, could they please contact me privately in any or all of the following ways?
E-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
MSN: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Also, I said I'd make installers, and never did... it might be better for all if clocks were distributed in .zip format, but then an extracter be made available. This would, of course, mean that people wouldn't have to have their clocks processed by any third party, so people could easily distribute clocks privately if they wished. Then, of course, comes the argument of "why bother write a program to extract zip files when there's plenty of good ones already out there?" And then, "by that merit, why bother custom-writing an installer when you could've just as easily used NSIS or InnoSetup?" And, folks, the answer is simple: some folks like that sort of thing! (me not included in this case.) Thoughts, please?

Thanks for reading,
Matthew
