I am a JS developer and we're considering switching to CLJS (as in: I would love to work with CLJS instead of JS/CoffeeScript). And I know some people here in Kyiv who also are mostly JS developers but fiddling with CLJS (Clojure/CLJS jobs here are virtually non-existent).
