Any ideas why :optimizations :advanced could end up no faster than :optimizations :none ?
This came up in the (very nice) clojurescript training. We all went through building up the boids example app. Then we all configured lein to build a :optimizations :advanced version. Everyone else had very noticeable speed boost from this. But I did not. I've since tried it a number of times and even cleaned out my chrome install but so far see no improvements. I know this is a very vague question, but it'd be great to know if anyone else has seen this. I'm on a MBP with Marvericks. Plenty of ram. ... Generally a pretty darn fast laptop.
