lein-cljsbuild 1.0.3 has been released.

The significance of this is that:
* 1.0.3 requires and defaults to ClojureScript 0.0-2197
* Prior lein-cljsbuild releases are now capped at ClojureScript 0.0-2173
The change precipitating this is CLJS-770, which landed in 2197:

Prior releases of lein-cljsbuild would not strictly fail under 2197, but
it would not configure the ClojureScript compiler environment such that
classpath-sourced Google Closure libraries would be found properly.
