I did convince a build team to install "lein as a library" :) just to build ClojureScript. Thank you Kyle for your suggestions. It seems that https://github.com/pallet/zi-cljs maybe an interesting option to explore. Although it was last updated on Oct 6, 2011, so might need to fork and massage it a bit.
