It appears I can work around it by following the wiki shell example:
require('./out/goog/bootstrap/nodejs');
require('./nodecljs.js');
require('./out/nodecljs/core');
require('./out/cljs_helloworld/core');
cljs_helloworld.core._main();
or was this always what you were supposed to do?
