IInitState is for setting component-local state. It should return a map. I'm 
sure `transact!` returns the app-state atom that it transacted, hence the 
error. Since you're not using component-local state in your example (just 
app-state), then you don't need IInitState in that component.

I believe your example could've been modified to work simply by moving the 
transact! into IWillMount (before the `go` block) and removing the IInitState 
implementation.
