I would certainly be up for contributing something here, but I don't think the 
cookbook style is the best vehicle. I think they are great for focused "how do 
I do X" questions, but (for me at least) getting om was a big mental 
shift/paradigm shift. That is best navigated through a long hand-holding 
narrative for example, which is best suited to a traditional book. I want(ed) 
something to browse through in the evening that explained the rationale, the 
mental model etc. For sure, then/now I wanted a whole bunch of recipes :).

I know others here have used https://leanpub.com/ for example, any comments?
