I'm interested as well.  I'm plagued with constant issues now trying to run 
piggieback and weasel within cider, when this used to work.  But I haven't 
figured out how to work exclusively in the repl with clojurescript either.  I'm 
open to any of your suggestions in this area.

There was a cider tool that figured out what buffer should be sent to what 
backend for compilation, but I can't seem to find it right now.  I'll take 
another look and post here if I find it.
