:libs is not one of the better supported features as it is less frequently
used. I can't even speak to its current state as I never use it myself.

The most reliable way at the moment to include your own Google Closure
compatible JS is to follow the same namespace / classpath convention as
your ClojureScript sources.

I don't intend to work on :libs fixes myself until after Clojure 1.7.0. If
people would like to see fixes before then please submit patches.
