aargh!  i just installed windows 10 technical preview in a VM and got the same 
results.  I literally installed java, cygwin and leiningen and tried a new 
chestnut project.  cygwin is the only thing that stands out there - did you use 
cygwin Shaun?  also, I just noticed you used lein figwheel instead of (run) 
from a repl.  would you be able to test using (run)?  i'd really appreciate it!
