Just use :foreign-libs. You don't need externs for any transitive
dependency you don't intend to actually use yourself (i.e. lo-dash). For
each call to Reactabular write an extern.

It really isn't  that hard :)

You may have been confused in thinking that :foreign-libs pass through
Closure - this is not the case.
