Ah, that is the key information. You are not using it “from" behind this 
router, you have the development tools running on a machine behind this router. 
From the point of view of that development machine, its host/IP is completely 
different from that which you use from the outside to access it. There is no 
way at the network level for the “server” to know what address it will be 
accessed via from the outside world, hence the need to configure it and tell at 
this information. I think you will need to adjust these settings:

You probably need to set :websocket-host to your router’s external IP address, 
and make sure you include whatever port you’re using (3449 is the default) in 
your port forwarding.
