The proposal to merge ~redriver/cloud-init:cloudinitlocal_fail_to_start_on_frbsd into cloud-init:master has been updated.
Commit Message changed to: For FreeBSD on Azure, the rc script 'cloudinitlocal' fail to launch because it contains circular dependence, as a result, "init --local" fail to start. Thus, cloud-init fail to do provisioning on Azure.
