The proposal to merge ~smoser/cloud-init:bug/1724354-debug-only-on-missing-json-schema into cloud-init:master has been updated.
Commit Message changed to: schema: debug, not warn on missing dependency. When operating in expected path, We like to avoid logging with warning. That causes 'WARNING' messages in /var/log/cloud-init.log and also on the console by default. Change the 'no json schema' warning to just be a debug message.
