Hi, If you're receiving this message it is because you were previously in the cloud-init-dev team. I've moved all users in that team to cloud-init team.
The reasoning for this is that cloud-init trunk commit access was granted to all members of the cloud-init-dev team. However, that group also hosted the mailing list. Clearly the mailing list membership and cloud-init trunk commit membership should be different.
