Hello, I'm trying to understand how to use cloud-init to apply an automatic installation on a VM in VMware esxi or bare-metal device. From the ubuntu website its suggestion using kvm but that doesn't really help me understand how to apply it to a fresh install. I need to be able to have hands-off installation for a client VMWare i don't have access too. If anyone can instruct me on how this is done and what is required, I'd appreciate it greatly. Currently we are running ubuntu 20.04 live server.
