I am follwing this guide, http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:Testcase_run_Nova_with_Quantum, to install quantum and openvswitch. All the tests passed. I can create and delete networks with quantum.
However I can create network with nova-manage but CAN NOT delete network with nova-manage.
