The feature deadline is January 29th. However, not everything needs to be a
feature. (Enhanceents like this might not be really a "feature", although we
could make a "make cloud image better" feature.) The rest of the F19
schedule isn't set yet, but in general if we have the packages there before
the branch from rawhide it's nicer.

It's nicest to keep them as close as possible but you can have them be
completely different if you want.
