Can't we just -initscripts (maybe you also need to list -dhclient, not
sure which one is pulling in which) in %packages? Also ^services --enabled
should not list network anymore, but systemd-networkd instead (I don't see
where you active it and it seems to be disabled by default). Furthermore,
there's a few things in %post that can now be removed completely ("Network
fixes", writing if ifcfg-eth0).
